Pros: No infromation about the Keddy company in the airport and I lost two hours for looking for their office then I surprised the reservation under EuropeCar office and rrject to give me the car bue the delay and they forced me to make different care with different amout. Real it is very ver bad experience and will transfer the to all the people.

Pros: The car was in good condition and good value.

Cons: Picking up and dropping off rental car was a nightmare. Email communication was incorrect. It was not clear in the email that we were renting from EuropCar and had to ask upon arrival. Could not pay with the credit card that we wanted to use. Car did not start once, not sure why, waited a few minutes and then it did start.

Pros: Also finding location of booth and then the lines were so slow there is no way I was getting there with in 30 min of my reservation. I guess the only way to get a car with them is reserve for a later time slot.

Cons: Also the policy should be I have to pay the difference for upgrade because you gave my reserved car away because I was delayed flight. Your at an airport people can't control there delay. I needed the car for 20 days so I had budget it now I'm landing finding I'm going pay more a day fir car other wise I would not have a car

Pros: The Keedy clerk promptly aknowledge the damage not originally reported and wrote it down both on the contract and on the system. When the car was being filled to be dropped, a Keedy employee present at the Gas station kindly volunteered to escort us to the dropping point and afterwards they've been very quick to close the inspection of the car.

Cons: The car had a small damage not reported originally in the received contract (but see left on what I've liked).

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1200.00), Winter package, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
Minimum rental age is 25 years for car group Standard, Premium, Economy Elite, Compact Elite.
Minimum rental age is 30 years for car group Premium, Special.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

Visa Electron, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
