Pros: The agent was very efficient and very helpful. The condition of the vehicle was however not great. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had clearly not been cleaned properly.

Cons: The small print in the contract was very misleading!! I was charged a further 125.00 euros just because they felt they could take it!! At one point I was 550 euros being owed for a two day rental!! As Avis said in future don't use the middle man go direct.

Cons: They forgot to add the GPS which i have asked and i find the car being quite bellow today standards, when it cannot connect with your phone GPS.
Pros: as usual very good cars in perfect conditions
Cons: the lady at the desk copied back, making many errors, manually all the data which were already in the voicher: very inefficient, and veyry umprofessional. Sho sould have just pressed a button to load all data I did insert before. As a result mu rental contract is full of wrong data
