Pros: The car we did get was pretty new and in good condition.
Cons: The car type we had booked was unavailable so they gave as a smaller car. I had to wash and clean the car myself before giving it back, otherwise they would have charged me 100 euros.

Pros: You should be careful with the partners you are selecting. I am attaching the invoice of the extra 80 euros that I paid and I would like to please reimburse me for this in terms of the full coverage that I bought with booking the car with you
Cons: When we dropped of the car they claimed that we had made a scratch on the tire cover that we didn't because the car was already not clean when we picked it up and they charged us 80 euros that we can get from you, and this was probably already there before, but they did not have any other car available so we accepted this dirty one! We had already spent an hour there with them trying to convience us to buy their car insurance. This was a very bad and disturbing experience!!!

Pros: Just the car itself, but this is no credit to the broker.
Cons: В Тревизо есть аэропорт, но нет моря. Логически полагаю, что 90% клиентов живут в 50 км от места аренды авто. Дали электромобиль, хотя я заказывал обычный. Был 100%, я вернул 100% минус путь от моря до них. Начислили 30(!) евро штрафа, при том, что розетка у них прямо в здании. Отдали пыльную машину, потребовали вернуть чистую. Но я ведь за всё это плачу аренду и должен думать только о том, как на ней ездить, а не мыть. Жидкости для стёкол не было - чья это обязанность? Сервис -ужас! Кошмар!

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Snow chains, Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
