Pros: They were kind are helpful. Very efficient and the car was ready and waiting to go.

Cons: I thought i would receive another model, 'or similar' phrase is sometimes a little bit misleading.

Pros: Everything went very smoothly. I had read some bad reviews, but I assume they were not about the Treviso branch of RentSmart24. It could not have gone any smoother.

Cons: They gave me a Renault Megane instead of a SUV with the comment that it is discovercars problem and rhey can only cancel my order if I do not agree with the car given

Cons: Off airport, so it's extra hassle especially with kids to pick up the car. Also we were informed we'd be charged a cleaning fee if the car wasn't returned in the same state as it was picked up in. We weren't charged but I've never had any rental agency adopt the same practice.

Cons: getting the car was too long with one girl attending too many costumers at the same time with no help from anyone. so she wasn not very friendly.

Pros: They asked me about bank card, we also check this information by Whatsapp, when we arrived to pick up car, they added 100EUR for extra insurance, which was not planned. We want a refund. Thank you

Pros: They forced us to pay 30 euro for car wash. For 1 minute hoover. We had the car 2 days and they said it was very dirty (not true of course) they didn't accept our credit because the the end of day it was AFTER 1 MONTH

Cons: First of all, we are happy with the car and staff are perfect, no complain at all. But we rented a smart, we got a panda which is a very good car although not what's expected. It would have been better if the car had winter tyres on them as this is still winter and the location is next to dolomiiti.

English is not the "preferred " language 3.Newly establish firm = employees didn't know what is the process to give a car away 4. Newly establish firm= employees didn't know in first place nothing about the car I want to return. It was funny only that I have time to spent 5. 10k km already on board and several errors on dashboard of car during drive.
