Cons: Did not have a car available, fitting my reservation. Car they offered was too small, and agent did not assist me with the toddler car seat. I was a lone parent traveling with a toddler, so assistance would have been a nice gesture.

Pros: Friendly and fairly convenient

Cons: Even though I had done the pre-check in online with a credit card I forgot to bring it with me and had to put the rental on my debit which froze the money in my account. There was a scratch on the car and so I had to go back in to get someone to document it. Upon returning there were no signs to tell me where to go, so I went back to front desk and waited in line for 10min when I didn’t need to.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Customer Facility Charge (CFC).
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Recovery Fee, Facility Charge, Vehicle License Fee, Energy Surcharge, Tourism levy.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
All cars are equipped with Toll pass / E-toll device, and the customer must pay an additional fee of 4.45 USD to 15.99 USD per day, depending on the travel area. If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 5.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 15.99 USD per day up to a maximum of 99.00 USD per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Eurocard, JCB, Discover. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted. All credit cards must be capable of the CHIP and PIN verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

From USA - Texas, only travel to USA - Alabama, USA - Arizona, USA - Arkansas, USA - California, USA - Colorado, USA - Florida, USA - Georgia, USA - Louisiana, USA - Mississippi, USA - Nevada, USA - New Mexico, USA - Oklahoma, USA - Oregon, USA - Utah, USA - Washington, USA - Wyoming is allowed.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Toll pass / E-toll device.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Details are available from the rental company's reservation office.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
