Pros: Heard bad thing about ACE but figure it's usually disgruntled customers that are most likely to leave review. We had no problems at all.

Cons: Get all the paperwork done and get to car pickup ares and you get ID'd and contract scrutinized again. It's definitely not Enterprise, but you deal with it for the price I guess.

Pros: Fair quick drop off and car had no mechanical issues

Cons: Alot of games when it comes to final cost. Hidden charges and false advertisement for refill of gas cost

Cons: The brand new car only had 200 miles on it and when you opened the trunk there was a load of dirt. It appeared everywhere but there had been washed.

Cons: Reservation desk was closed despite site and location times stating that they were a 24/7 site.

Pros: Very short line when the major rental companies line had 30+ in it.

Cons: More accuracy on how much tolls actually cost and to include that the pass includes the express lane access.

Cons: Spent a ridiculous amount of time picking up the car, dealing with payment systems not working, avoiding the uncharges and doubled extra insurance costs. Staff at pickup was rude and seemingly inconvenienced by my existence.

Pros: ace rent a car is a terrible company that should be taken down. You need to take them off your website because I love discover cars but have a disgusting taste in my mouth because of ACE and can’t believe discovercars let’s them on.

Cons: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They charged me more than double what I paid for the car in “insurance”. I paid $130 through discover cars for the car and then ACE made me pay $260 in “insurance” for only 4 days of having the car. Insane. They double charged me for state and city tax too which brought it up even further

Pros: It was easy and good value. I felt that paying $400+ for a rental car was overpriced. I don't need to rent high end vehicle. I just need a nice clean vehicle. If it is a couple years old, I am ok with that. Although I know competition is tough. But I saw both Hertz and Avis have ridiculously long lines of people waiting to process through to get their vehicles. I have to admit, I was hesitant at first because it showed only 3.5 stars. But, I read some reviews and gave them a chance.

Cons: Just a better explanation of the charges. But will ask next time. Hopefully the business will continue to build and you can add kiosks. Everything was great though.

Cons: Book a car...36 hrs before the time I was supposed to pick up the car... 24hrs before the pickup time because of some issues i was looking for their number to cancel the car booking... no number to call for that... everything has to be through email... and it takes times for them to reply... and they didn't want to refund me... so bad experience with discovercars.com

Pros: Employees working at the ace rental front desk were very knowledgeable when processing your car rental pickup.

Cons: When calling ace rent a center to confirm what information was needed to bring to rental car pickup, all information was not relayed. If your a local resident renting you are needing to email your rental insurance to ace rentals specific email.

Cons: The price that was online was $290. After all hidden fees it was well over $400.

Pros: It was just fine, so nothing tragically bad happened, which is a positive.

Cons: There were so many nickel and dime moments where the cost of accommodation far outweighed the accommodation being made. I miscalculated my flight time arrival because I was crossing into a new time zone. Because I showed up an hour early I was charged 35 additional dollars for the rental. At that hourly rate, my car for 3 days would have cost $2,500…so where did that wild additional money come from?

Cons: Rude service, 1st car screen was broken, liability if you have dent which I never heard of other car services, paid several more insurance at the car desk cuz my online one invalid, and on return was told I had to pay car fuel in fuel even though I paid the prepaid fuel in advance.

Cons: There were a few policies such as the Toll policy that were just kind of there to charge money, also while our representative was great the other employees just kind of sat around while the line got longer. There where 4 employees at the counter and only 2 were helping any customers one lady was just on her phone saying “I only do that if I absolutely have to”

Cons: It is NOT in the terminal. You have to take a shuttle each way, and the shuttles do not come often enough. Turns out this is true for all of the car rental companies at DFW, but I chose this one because it said "in terminal." On the return, I waited 20 mins for the shuttle, and it was stressful thinking I may not make my flight. Also, ( for all of them) it costs $13 a day for a toll pass. If you don't get it, you unknowingly take toll roads and get penalized $15 for each.

Cons: Agents who helped me check car out was very rude
