Pros: Everything was fine - not excellent, just right.
Cons: I think the agent could be more helpful and ask and explain things proactively instead of me asking all the time. Like insurance options, toll options and things like that. Another thing was, that our flight was delayed and I tried multiple times to call the local office - as soon as I got throguht the options and picked "connect to local office" it got disconected.... so frustrating!
