Pick-up instructions
After collecting your baggage, follow the Rental Car signs to the designated pick-up area on the lower level of the terminal. From there, board the Rental Car shuttle bus. Buses run 24 hours a day, depart every 10-15 minutes and reach the Rental Car Center in approximately 10 minutes.
Drop-off instructions
Before your departing flight, follow signs to return your vehicle at the Rental Car Center. For transportation from the facility to your terminal, board the Rental Car Shuttle. The Rental Car Shuttle runs 24 hours a day and departs every 10-15 minutes from the facility.

Pros: The line to rent or pick up the car was very long. I waited in line for two hours. I also waited again outside for a clean car.
Cons: They only had two reps working the desk. They did the best they could .

Pros: Drop off was easy
Cons: It took 1.5 hours to pick up the car, the car was not what I ordered, the car was not clean, and the car only had 1/4 tank of gas (although it was stated as full on the contract).

Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Free modifications, Surcharges, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The Security Deposit amount is either 350 USD or 15 % of the estimated total of the rental, whichever is greater.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
