Pros: I didn’t like at all
Cons: The car was fine but I didn't expect a Diesel and that has added quite a lot of extra-costs

Cons: I didnt know that AMEX wouldnt be accepted - that's fine but my other card was locked and the 2 alternatives were on apple pay and couldnt be accepted. My friend said she'd put it on hers only to have over an hour of refusal to accept as it wasn't in the name of the booking we went round and round in circles - I called my bank to unlock the card (apple pay works) but they couldnt help immedi ately and the sales rep could offer no solution as though my card would automatically work.

Cons: Pick up arrangements could improve. A lot of time was spent waiting for minibus at airport then queuing at office for the car. Over an hour in total.
Cons: That there is such a high excess and fines for the late drop off, as well as a charging for the extra day. Fair enough to pay an extra day but some flexibility should be allowed.
Pros: Clean car at a good rate.
Cons: There are not at the airport and the shuttle did not come. I had to call them from my US cell phone with no calling plan for Spain.

Cons: We had to pay a 40€ "late fee" because we got picked up only shortly before 20:00 (closing time of Record Go) by the representative with a shuttle bus, although we were waiting outside the airport at the correct location since 19:15. Furthermore we saw another customer call the Record-Go office to inform them that they are waiting and we talked with them and thus did not call ourselves aswell. Once we were at the rental office they forced us to pay 40€ late fee because we did not call them.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
If the renter is not the main driver, the following coverage is mandatory: Total Comfort Cover.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
A deposit will be charged if one of the following cards is used: Debit cards.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, Debit cards.
If the customer wishes to use American Express, Visa debit card, MasterCard debit card, he/she will be required to purchase Total Comfort Cover.
Cash is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 4 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge of 2 EUR per day.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
For electric vehicles: the customer will receive the vehicle totally charged, and it is NOT necessary to return it with a full charge.
A damage administration fee of 50 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
An administrative fee of 40 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 40 EUR.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Flight number.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 360 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
