Pros: Car was fine, service at pickup at airport was good
Cons: Trying to get out of parking lot at airport was a nightmare, no directions how to get out of gated area. Return also a nightmare in San Sebastian at downtown location. Place to return not clearly marked from street, fortunately someone who had trouble posted pics in their review

Pros: The lady at the rental counter in Bilbao was fantastic! Explained everything to us, showed us to our car.
Cons: My only two suggestions would be to 1) pre-load the drop off destination address in the GPS and show driver how to access it in GPS and 2) Show driver how to change GPS language based on driver's requested language
