Pros: Helpful and quick staff during pick up and drop off, no hassles.
Cons: The transfer pickup was a bit stressful, we were there early as you do, so you dint loose your rental. But the pick up (supposed to be running every 15mins) didn't arrive. We tried to contact the number provided, it was unreachable. In the end the vehicle arrived exactly at our car pick up time,which would be fine if that was specified. Also the car was a bit old and well worn, no problems though.

Pros: We dropped off in Santander, the agent was extremely helpful and seemed happy in his job. He did not rush us, which was decent as we had 2 very young children with us who were not happy after a long journey.
Cons: Collection service wasn't great. We provided the flight number and although we did allow further flexibility as we weren't sure how long it would take to get through Bilbao airport, they stuck to the noted pick up time even though we called and tried to say we were already there to be picked up. The shuttle driver wanted to get going before we had even all got in the car. On handing over the car he wasn't too fussed about coming over to note the scratches the car had. Didn't say it was auto

Mileage policy
Mileage is limited in Madrid, Sevilla, Malaga, Sancti Petri, Alicante, Barcelona, Valencia, San Juan, Torrevieja, Denia, Benidorm, Cadiz – Sancti Petri & Aguilas, Cordoba, Malaga, Zaragoza, Pamplona.
For rentals lasting 1 to 3 days, mileage is limited to 350 km per day.
For rentals lasting 4 to 6 days, mileage is limited to 250 km per day.
For rentals lasting 7 to 14 days, mileage is limited to 150 km per day.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 360 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
