Pros: I had a great experience renting from OK Mobility in Northern Spain. What I liked most was how helpful, diligent, and informative the staff were throughout the process. They made everything easy and straightforward, and their excellent customer service gave me confidence from the moment I picked up the car. I also really enjoyed driving the automatic Peugeot. It was comfortable, easy to drive, and perfect for exploring Northern Spain.

Pros: Super friendly agents, fast turnaround. Easy to communicate in English. Didn't push any extras on the trip. The car had also great price per value and was actually funny (fiat 500 upgraded to cabrio for free) Super good location of car rental

Pros: Overall value for money was fair. Agents were pleasant to deal with, especially the lady at drop-off in the evening - even though the office seemed understaffed causing a longer than appreciated wait, she managed to handle the situation with great customer service skills and a smile.

Cons: On the downside: The car had evidently not been cleaned inside between bookings. (nor very well outside) The dashboard was covered with dust, the windscreen was dirty inside (significantly affecting visibility when driving in the evening) and there was rubbish from the previous customer inside the glovebox. The border crossing fee/”insurance extension” (to France, where there’s not even a noticeable border) seems disproportionate to the rental cost at 75eur.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, EU countries.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): China will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher. ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Deposit and deductible policy



It is only possible to pay and leave a deposit using the same card.
Cross-border policy
Vehicles may not be taken to the following islands: Formentera Island.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery service costs from 20 EUR to 120 EUR, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 29 EUR refueling service charge.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge of 3 EUR per day, with a maximum charge of 30 EUR per rental. A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Spain.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 89 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 50 EUR.

If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
