Czech Republic
Toyota Yaris
10/31/26

Pros: Pickup and the car was perfect, however return was not recorded in the system

Cons: Car not marked in the system as returned, therefore deposit pending and nobody answers my emails
Norway
Renault Trafic
10/13/26

Pros: No waiting, new car. Helpful staff.
United States of America (USA)
Toyota Yaris
10/12/26

Pros: It wasn't Keddy at all. It was Eurocar or something like that. I had to ask info at the airport. After that it was easy enough even with the confusion about amount of gas in the car, the deposit, all the usual stuff.

Cons: The GPS in the car. Plus I had requested a Toyota Yaris, I got a Peugeot which I believe is a bit bigger. Some would consider this a good thing; I do not.
United Kingdom
Fiat 500
9/12/26

Pros: Very easy transaction picking the car up from Europcar - no hard sell for additional insurance

Cons: All good. Our car had a significant dent in the boot when we pick it up (didn't affect opening / closing, so it didn't bother us in the slightest) - we did wonder if it made the rental the price it was (we thought very competitive / cheap)
United Kingdom
Volkswagen T-Roc
8/18/26

Pros: I will not use it again unless a solution is offered

Cons: As stated
Netherlands
Fiat 500
8/6/26

Pros: Picking the car up was ok

Cons: A car with scratches and damage. At pickup i made a lot of photos of the car but i was not laying down at the floor to make pictures. Now they are charging me for a scratch, almost unvisisible on the car! Typical Toulouse carrental behaviour!
Ireland
Toyota Yaris
4/14/26

Pros: As stated, pick up and drop off were good.

Cons: The car provided, an automatic MG, was not suitable car for car hire. The gear change was dreadful, dropping to what seemed like first gear at the slightest climb and the engine noise was an embarrassment. I have been driving an automatic myself for some years and have often hired automatic cars in France with no problem but this one was unacceptable!
United Kingdom
Peugeot 308
8/20/25

Pros: Is EUROPCAR not keddy

Cons: This a miss sold rental car agreement.
France
Renault Clio
6/25/25

Pros: The eurocar desk staff inside the airport were extremely kind to stay after hours so I could collect even after my flight was delayed.

Cons: Tge drop off was understaffed and took 35min of waiting. The staff member was however efficient
Canada
Kia Ceed
5/15/25

Pros: Car was in great condition, staff were friendly and professional. Robin did the final car inspection when we brought back our rental vehicle. He was very professional, polite and pleasant to deal with.
Isle of Man
Renault Clio
4/5/25

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: No problems.
South Africa
Renault Clio
7/11/24

Cons: Poor vehicle; worst vehicle ever rented
South Africa
Kia Sportage
5/30/24

Cons: petrol stations at the airport. On return the tank level was confirmed at 3/5, yet EUR99 were charged for fuel ( overcharged!) as well as an amount of EUR75.60 for an "environment contribution", which was not disclosed to me at rental stage. PLEASE REFUND
United Kingdom
Kia Ceed
9/10/23

Pros: Return procedure was extremely quick and efficient.

Cons: See above
Ireland
Kia Ceed
7/19/23

Pros: It was Europcar, they didn't hassle me about extra insurance

Cons: I wasn't mad about the car (MG ZS), stupid heavy chassis resulting in poor performance & acceleration despite a 1.5 litre egine. No ventilation for backseats. Black vinyl seats weren't a good choice for hot weather either.
United Kingdom
Renault Symbioz
7/17/23

Pros: Able to change car because original one allocated was too large.

Cons: Wasn't shown how to use the car!!
Ireland
Renault Symbioz
7/6/23

Pros: Excellent company to deal with. Service was brilliant. Very helpful and courteous staff. A+++
United Kingdom
Kia Ceed
6/15/23

Pros: Cheaper

Cons: there wasn't a keddy desk so asked european and she said oh that's through us!
Australia
Fiat 500
5/27/23

Pros: The car itself….but out of a Europcar desk..???

Cons: FINAL PRICE..!!!!
United Kingdom
Renault Clio
5/14/23

Pros: All colleagues friendly
United Kingdom
Kia Sportage
3/22/23

Pros: Staff were friendly and quick, especially drop off.

Cons: Difficult to find the pick up point as the office in the terminal was closed and the directions on the window were not very obvious. Staff should have pointed out that the nearest petrol station to the airport ( the one we usually use) was closed. This is an easy piece of simple advice that would have been of great assistance. Bit lazy I think.
United Kingdom
Renault Clio
3/2/23

Pros: Good, clean car. Overall smooth process. Returns process easy - Examination for damage fair and reasonable.

Cons: More emphasis on attempted upselling than advice/explanation of damage checking, contract or vehicle - which was virtually absent. No advice as to returns process There is no 'Keddy' desk at Toulouse airport. You have to go to the Europcar desk. Not mentioned anywhere in previous correspondence.
United Kingdom
Fiat 500
10/31/22

Pros: Price and customer service

Cons: Takes too long to process papcar collection
United Kingdom
Fiat 500
10/22/22

Pros: Nothing

Cons: A rubbish car provided at a huge price. A Peugeot 208 electric car with no accelerated charging cable. Takes 17 hrs to charge. Only could go 75km so as useful as an enormously expensive chocolate teapot
Portugal
Fiat 500
6/4/22

Cons: It wasn’t completely clear in the information that we had to go to the Europcar desk, so we had to work that out. It caused a bit of apprehension
United Kingdom
Fiat 500
5/11/22

Pros: Superb staff
Australia
Fiat 500
4/12/22

Pros: Cheaper than most.

Cons: Keddy didn't say the car was at the europcar offices in Toulouse airport and there was no Keddy sign there. I had to ask a car hire place and they rang europcar to see if they represented Keddy. A sign would have been helpful. Also finding P2 as the drop off point on return was not mentioned on paperwork. A map for drop off would have been helpful at Toulouse Airport.
United Kingdom
Renault Clio
11/1/21

Pros: Overall it was okay.

Cons: The queue to collect the car was too long.
United Kingdom
Kia Ceed
8/22/20

Cons: Useless, may as well have not have used them as car service ignored booking and processed our order like a walk in customer which was more expensive.
United Kingdom
Renault Twingo
9/4/19

Pros: Very helpful staff
United Kingdom
Peugeot 308 Aut.
5/9/19

Pros: Very little

Cons: Didn't know which desk to go to. Was asked to pay for further insurance (I refused)
United Kingdom
Ford Focus
9/22/18

Cons: It is not made clear on any instructions that Keddy is part of Europcar. Wasted 30mins trying to find Keddy at Toulouse. No signs, not even at Europcar desk! In future please make it clear in emailed instructions!
