Pros: It was Europcar, they didn't hassle me about extra insurance
Cons: I wasn't mad about the car (MG ZS), stupid heavy chassis resulting in poor performance & acceleration despite a 1.5 litre egine. No ventilation for backseats. Black vinyl seats weren't a good choice for hot weather either.
Pros: Able to change car because original one allocated was too large.

Pros: Staff were friendly and quick, especially drop off.
Cons: Difficult to find the pick up point as the office in the terminal was closed and the directions on the window were not very obvious. Staff should have pointed out that the nearest petrol station to the airport ( the one we usually use) was closed. This is an easy piece of simple advice that would have been of great assistance. Bit lazy I think.
Pros: Good, clean car. Overall smooth process. Returns process easy - Examination for damage fair and reasonable.
Cons: More emphasis on attempted upselling than advice/explanation of damage checking, contract or vehicle - which was virtually absent. No advice as to returns process There is no 'Keddy' desk at Toulouse airport. You have to go to the Europcar desk. Not mentioned anywhere in previous correspondence.

Cons: A rubbish car provided at a huge price. A Peugeot 208 electric car with no accelerated charging cable. Takes 17 hrs to charge. Only could go 75km so as useful as an enormously expensive chocolate teapot
Cons: It wasn’t completely clear in the information that we had to go to the Europcar desk, so we had to work that out. It caused a bit of apprehension

Cons: Keddy didn't say the car was at the europcar offices in Toulouse airport and there was no Keddy sign there. I had to ask a car hire place and they rang europcar to see if they represented Keddy. A sign would have been helpful. Also finding P2 as the drop off point on return was not mentioned on paperwork. A map for drop off would have been helpful at Toulouse Airport.
Pros: Overall it was okay.
Cons: The queue to collect the car was too long.
Cons: Useless, may as well have not have used them as car service ignored booking and processed our order like a walk in customer which was more expensive.

Cons: It is not made clear on any instructions that Keddy is part of Europcar. Wasted 30mins trying to find Keddy at Toulouse. No signs, not even at Europcar desk! In future please make it clear in emailed instructions!
