Cons: Actually, it's Europcar but we find out when asked at the info counter in the airport. When picking up the car we weren't informed about parking rules in the country, speed limits or security equipment in the car.

Pros: Fast drop off of the car.
Cons: 1) We rented a child chair and it was extremely uncomfortable for 2.5 years old kid. 2) Relatively long walk to the parking to pick up the car (about 300 meters) with many trollies and baby.

Cons: The car pickup was an hour late; I was not advised it was going to be that much late; most of the delay was after I'd paid so I didn't have a choice to go to another provider instead, which was quite dishonest of them. Will absolutely not use them again, will tell people not to, and have raised a complaint.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 950.00), Winter package, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, French, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
