Rental Conditions

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 19 years.
The minimum rental age for vehicles in car groups Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, Wagons is 25.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), boarding pass.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be charged on the renter's credit card through the end of the rental period.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), One way rental, Snow chains, Winter package, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card. The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

Visa Electron, Maestro, Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Cross-border policy

crossing country borders is available on previous request at least 7 days before the pick up date.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following country: Russia.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Additional charges will be applied.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

During winter season (from 1st November until 31st March) Winter tires are included in price.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.

Rental period

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
