Pros: After a long trip, it was wonderful to just get in and drive, especially as my daughter had to acclimate to driving on the left side of the road on the right side of the car!
Cons: I would have liked to have been notified to look for Europa Cars instead of worrying when I didn't see Discover Cars at the airport

Pros: The rental price was good.
Cons: I was not informed that to use a credit card insurance a printed certificate of legitimacy was required. As a result we had to pay an exorbitant price for a Europcar insurance. You guys really suck!

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 10 % battery charge remaining.
