Pros: On drop off the girls attending was very nice and had very good customer care.
Cons: Took me 1.5 hours for pick up. Long queue and after waiting for my turn had to wait another 30min cause car was not ready yet. The customer care of the agents was a disaster and just to mellow down the situation they told me that I looked intelligent so I can understand the situation.

Cons: The car did have a software upgrade which basically shut the car down for some time. We had to us a manual key entry and lost some functionality when driving too until the update was complete. Possibly more a Volvo thing than Enterprise but the emergency help desk was unmanned (no answer). Lucky the problem solved itself:)

Pros: It was a quick process to pick up and return.
Cons: We left the pick up spot and noticed the passenger side mirror was shattered. We had to return to the airport and go back inside to report that the mirror was broken. If I had ever driven on the opposite side of the rode, I would have known how critical that side mirror is to safe driving, especially in traffic circles. The vehicle should have been pulled from inventory until the mirror was repaired.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
