Cons: The car did have a software upgrade which basically shut the car down for some time. We had to us a manual key entry and lost some functionality when driving too until the update was complete. Possibly more a Volvo thing than Enterprise but the emergency help desk was unmanned (no answer). Lucky the problem solved itself:)
Pros: It was a quick process to pick up and return.
Cons: We left the pick up spot and noticed the passenger side mirror was shattered. We had to return to the airport and go back inside to report that the mirror was broken. If I had ever driven on the opposite side of the rode, I would have known how critical that side mirror is to safe driving, especially in traffic circles. The vehicle should have been pulled from inventory until the mirror was repaired.
Pros: Almost nothing because they acted totally unaware of who discovered car was in our coverages. We purchased tried to sell us the insurance on top of it that we already bought and then the car failed to work properly for our trip and then then we got back they said there was a gouge in the tire and they want to charge us $250 so now I have to go through that process with them and Discover car
Cons: It was close to the airport and easy to get in and out of and their shuttle driver was nice
Pros: Rental agent was excellent -- knowledgeable, helpful, efficient.
Pros: very clean car
Cons: they gave me an SUV instead of the compact that I reserved! It was way too big for Ireland's narrow roads. They charged me a return fee, twice, when none was required. The return to St Stephens Square in Dublin is quite hidden, and once found required me to drive up seven floors of a parking garage, with tight turns on every floor, with a huge SUV. They also had nothing nice to say about your company.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 8 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Travel to the following territory(ies): United Kingdom, Northen Ireland is allowed.

If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
