Pros: rental desk is easy to find and the agent was cheerful and helpful.

Cons: The need to get the shuttle bus to pick up the car and back to the airport once the car was returned.

Pros: Drop off staff members were, once again prompt and organised. Staff member at pick up point very helpful.

Cons: The outside of the car was the tattiest I have ever rented. Very scratched and scruffy. Expected a bit better. Had to wait a bit for the shuttle bus. Had hoped the car would be at the terminal.

Cons: The rental desk tried to sell us additional insurance on top of the third party insurance and tried to charge us 1 additional day for picking up the car 1h30 early, without point this out. The experience felt like the car rental company was trying to deceive us into spending more.

Cons: They Sold me liability at the desk and made me believe it was 39 euro for the 5 days not 39 euros each day. As a result I spent 156Euro more than I wanted too

Pros: The location of returned car in Dublin should provide clearly the car park - map.

Cons: I had a minor accident and they promised to send the damage report so I could claim with my insurance with Discovercars. But nothing was received and my credit card was debited. Communication was bad and slow.

Cons: The service agents were efficient but the car was very expensive for a shabby old Vauxhall Corsa and since the return of the car they have tried to accuse me of causing damage despite my clear photographs to the contrary. (The car was shabby to start with which was documented and they are picking at scuffs and marks to tyres....really very petty) Nasty bullying tactics and very dishonest and unpleasant.

Cons: Met with representati who sold me insurance I didn’t need, despite them telling me I did! On returning car, a representative lied about an ‘issue’ with tyre. However, due to being duped on pick up, I was ready to deal with the manager’s aggressive tone. Consequently I did not pay any extra costs, as they attempted me to do. However, I was left shaken and very upset after. I shall not be using Enterprise again and have told my family and friends about my awful experience with them.

Cons: I booked for Toyota Corolla. They gave me hatch back astra. They say it’s the same category. Yet I see it’s smaller and didn’t fit my bags.

Cons: Dishonest customer service agent sold us a second redundant policy without our consent, proceeded to add a £140 charge to the card payment she said was solely for the excess deposit and selectively cropped the charge from the car rental documentation to get our signature for written consent. We did not expect to be the victims of contract fraud and will not be using Budget/ Avis again.

Cons: There was a little confusion and a non functioning printer at the drop-off office the first time I came back. That is the “worst” thing I can think of and it was utterly trivial.
