Cons: I delivered the car after hours, I left the keys and documents in the heltz mailbox, that payment for delivery after hours was reflected in the contract before the rent, without explanations they charged me almost 100 dollars above the agreed price, Discover cars It is an excellent option, but in Heltz I never rent again

Pros: The rental desk at Belgrade airport is easy to find and I have no issue on picking up the car at 9 p.m. The agent is efficiency and patience. Didn't take too long during my pick up and return the car.
Cons: I am not happy about the car provided by Hertz for this journey. The car provided to me is a low specification car with no Bluetooth Connection, no reverse radar and no spare tyre. According to the agent, the car I got is a Class J vehicle (which is a luxury class vehicle from Hertz official class definition) and I am so surprise that a class J vehicle doesn't have such basic specification. I hit a bin when I reverse at dark because of no reverse radar and I got charged for that.
