Carwiz at Belgrade Airport

Pros: It took long time to pick ip the car. The agent was slow. The internet work slowly. On the return we scheduled an agent to take the car back at 5 am. We paid axtra 30 euro and he didn’t show up up. We demand to get our money back back!!!

Pros: The car was okey. We didnt have any problem with the car.

Cons: Firstly there was a guy at this company who talked with us when we try to get our car. The guy was really really impolite and rough person. Not only to us but also for all customers. We waited one hour with kids and in that one hour he only talked with two customers before us. He was really slow. I asked why you are so slow and why there is not any other person nearly we are waiting stand one hour here with two kids and my wife, he said if you dont want you can not get the car unfirendly.

Cons: Didn't get a car I expected, extremely poor condition of rented car ( numerous dents and scratches, engine died after 5 days etc.)

Pros: The car was clean, not many kilometers, everything worked properly

Cons: The road from the field to the rental company is unclear and far with luggage, especially at night with the family, I took the car myself from a parking lot on the 5th floor

Cons: Basically, I didn't have any problems or complaints with the car, but I did with the Carwiz agency. I can only say the worst about them. While using the vehicle, I received a fine for illegal parking, which is not a problem, but the problem arose when I saw a fine of €7, they charged me €40, calculating some processing of the same. Unbelievable and dishonest of them, that's why this bad rating.

Cons: I didn't like when I returned the car they tried to say that damaged the car bumper, luckily I fillmed the car when I picked it up and the video shows the damage was there, then they said that I changed a tire because it was a different size, I didn't change the tyre and unfortunately didn't film the tires on pick up and car wiz are taking the cost of two new tires out of my bond. They also didn't supply me with a car jack or spare tyre, just a tyre repair kit

Pros: Very Happy with the car, specially the Agent helped us even before I reached to pick up the car. He guide very well how to reach to pick up location from the city using Bus. Even I was lucky to get an upgrade.

Pros: Reservation manager miss Kristina Knezevic from Belgrade airport, was extremly helpful and friendly and solve my problem, because i had to postpon renting a car for a week, underlined with a smile. Deserves a reword😊

Pros: Well organised, functional, great, friendly and helpful staff, a good deal with rental prices, much cheaper overall than in Croatia. I am even thinking about hiring a car in Belgrade, and drive it to Croatia, when I am holidaying next time in Croatia, because car rental in Croatia is sickly expensive.

Cons: Paying 60 Euros in addition to the car rental for driving into B&H. When I rent a car in B&H, I do not need to pay this addition for driving into Serbia or Croatia.

Cons: I booked a Renault Clio but they gave me a Skoda Fabia. You can't even compare those two cars. I don't think I'll be renting from them again. I've rented before from Carwiz and everything was ok. But giving me a Skoda instead of a Clio is just something else. What made them think that a Fabia can be the same as a Clio?

Pros: The Car SAS dirty with a lot of scratches on the sides. There was also a damage/rubble in the windshield made it difficult to have good vision all the time.

Cons: I had expected a better car. We hade booked a station wagon from Fiat or similar. But we got a roughed up Dacia. That feels like a lot cheaper car than we the one we booked and paid for.

Cons: A bit of confusion at the beginning. Booking done over net. We purchased additional driver but this was not reflected on the first agreement so the rep had to make a new agreement, while she was very pleasant it was a bit off putting.

Pros: The car was new and clean The advisors at the desk were clear about the procedure. They have returned security deposit back in 1 week

Cons: It was impossible to find a parking place in the city while trying to return the car. How can a car company function without a parking?!

Pros: Everything was perfectly good. By mistake the rental car was somewhere in the city but they were really nice and switched the cars and they gave me the new car that he had at the airport.

Cons: Only thing I can say they charge me €30 to have somebody 5 AM on my way back to return the car and nobody didn’t show up so I had to leave the documents on the counter hoping they going to get it.

After showing them the pics and videos i made before pickup they then said it was ok. if had not made any videos or pics i would have been charged a damage which i did not cause
