Pros: It was fast during pick up, professional, efficient, information given was practical about returning the car.

Cons: I did not get a confirmation the car was returned without damages. The amount on my credit card was supposedly unblocked but only for EUR 0.85 instead of EUR 1047. The gas station next to Green Motion was to be used, but this gas station does not allow bank- or credit cards nor payments in EUR, except local currency. This all is very time consuming and could have been solved when telling me where to fill it up.

Pros: Drop off was really fast. Super. The car was lovely and clean and we were able to get loads of luggage into it.

Cons: Couldn't find the desk at the airport. The guy at the desk never heard to the agent we booked through. Took nearly two hours to get the car and the visa machine wasn't working. Wasn't made aware that they put a hold on nearly €1000 On your visa card encase of damage although paid for the extra insurance.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information, photocard driving license.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Albania, Belarus, Kosovo, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine. Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
Additional information
If the vehicle requires a special cleaning procedure after it is returned, a minimum charge of 100 EUR will apply.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 01.04. Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
