Pros: Friendly and efficient staff with easy pickup and dropoff. All 6 countries had AutoUnion country support if needed.
Cons: The car had a built-in GPS, but was not unlocked and the optional extra small Garmin maps were very outdated, with Italy maps missing and some new roads missing in other places or changes to them. Speed restrictions very innacurate.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Winter tires, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
