GM is a car rental business operating in the Central European nation of Hungary. It has no affiliation with the American auto manufacturer General Motors or its GM brand. Instead, the GM is short for Game. More specifically, it can be found in the country’s beautiful, imperial capital of Budapest where it has an office in the city’s international airport. The company was founded over 15 years ago and now has a fleet of more than 150 vehicles.
The company is very highly rated by the customers of Discover Cars.com. In fact, the company won our Excellent Car Rental Service Award in both 2023 and 2024 for its Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport location.
Game allows its vehicles to be taken to almost all the countries that surround it (and even further). This includes Slovakia, Czechia, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Romania. The only country in the region that it doesn’t allow customers to visit with their vehicles is Ukraine.
