Pros: Paid a deposit to cover insurance with discover cars then had to pay extra to global to cover more insurance.

Cons: Said on discover cars website it was 865 GBP to pay as deposit then global said we had to pay £965 deposit.

Cons: I am very disappointed in the service received. I came the day after my reservation was scheduled and customer service claimed I lost my reservation and down payment, and then charged me double for the same car. I believe you are scamming people. I will spread the news and make sure they do no use your service.

Cons: I have end up paying different amount on the car collection,variety of the cars are very limited;don’t know why they advertise VW cars,I end up given Toyota Yaris which in this case I don’t mind as traveled alone if were with family it will be well to small for us…

Pros: Nothing really.

Cons: Almost all elements were going bad, closed office (need of making a call), pushing insurance that i do not need offering downgrade or paid upgrade as car was not ready. Finally car was dirty and tank was empty.
