Pros: I didn’t like anything. We waited a long time for the agent to rent a car we couldn’t find his office, finally when we found it was closed. Car was little dirty and wasn’t fully fueled. The car engine shook and made strange noises.

Cons: When returning the car I waited almost two hours for someone to show up and pick up the car. Car looked better when I rented it because I washed it. I wanted the agent who picked up the car to confirm that the car looked impeccable and there are no scratches or damage to the car, the agent refused and later they sent me email that the car is damaged and has scratches, which is absolutely not true. Carwiz in Poland is an absolutely unprofessional service and I feel very cheated

Cons: Agent didn't want me taking photos of car before driving it as I wanted to have record of any marks and scratches on car. 'No need to take photos', he said, 'we have a record of all damages to car'. No surprise then, that I got a bill for a small scratch on door mirror. I have it in my photos. They deducted the charge immediately from my credit card. I emailed them twice with the photographic evidence I had. No reply yet from them! When an agent doesnt want you to check for damage, beware!!!!

Pros: the Easy pick up , convenience of the location

Cons: the service became a problem . The company charged my credit card for some minor scratches $500 when I know for fact that I return the car in perfect condition . the rep did not care to come out and look at the car when I returned it and later that might send me email with a claim . ridiculous. I should have checked their customers reviews because there were a lot of complains that they d this . it seem to me that's z scam . I ner had an issue with any rental co.pany like this .

Pros: Was not on premises the car - had to go 5 minutes drive to get it , after they gave me the keys & making me go look for the car in the airport & it was not there . Had to go back to office & then he drove me a way of 5 minutes & all with giving me a smaller car . This was a very bad experience

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 98 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Renters from the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, China, Japan, USA must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
Payment policy
At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Prepaid cards, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
