Flex To Go at Rzeszów Airport

Pros: What stood out the most was the exceptional level of service and professionalism. The process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. A very special mention goes to Mr. Szymon, whose support made a huge difference he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. His approach turned a good service into an outstanding one. Outstanding. Mr. Szymon went above and beyond professional, friendly, and extremely supportive throughout the entire process.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we would point out as negative. Everything worked exactly as it should or even better. The service provided was absolutely worth the price. Great value considering the quality and peace of mind we received.

Cons: I don't belive we should have been charged for picking up the vehicle late as I had notified the company and our reservation was paid in full. Our vehicle was no longer available... which I don't understand since I already paid for renting it. The vehicle we received was larger than what we requested, it had alot of dents and scratches - I am thankful for purchasing the insurance from Oscar's recommendation. The vehicle was not as clean as I would expect from a rental company. No washer fluid.

Cons: they forced me to buy additional insurance, the car cost was £31, the insurance cost was £187. Without it they didn't want to give me the car. I could not get any other car as it was already late. They did it to the customer before me too so it looks it's their normal practice.

Pros: I am very pleased with price and quality of the service in main Szymon Beres shown great knowlage and provided reasonable price for car rental in addition I was given higher class car then initially booked. I will strgly recomand Flex To Go services for all rental needs.

Cons: Arrived to pick car up to be told I either had to buy their insurance at €50 or have the car cleaned before I brought it back (otherwise I’d be charged €50). Car I was given was a small Citroen C3 despite paying for a VW Golf or similar. Fuel tank wasnt full at pick up despite being told I must bring it back full. Windscreen washers were empty. All in all a bad service.

Cons: It was not specified into the site discovercars that I will pay a cleaning fee at the drop off. At the desk, at the arrival, the boy said it to me. But he said that the fee was mandatory and it was 10 euro. Now the fee they sent me is 100 zl. I think that the information you give to your customer must be more accurate.

Cons: There was hidden charges for car cleanleness and parking that were not made fair or made clear .

Pros: Friendly staff, No complications. I had a reservation, the guy at the counter Szymon had all my details to hand, I was in the car in 15minutes.

Cons: I travel with my partner I rent a car for us and I can’t pay my credit card becouse my partner was a driver and was his name joke .I not happy with this service I pay online for rent car and extra protection used my card and was ok. at the airport we got a supposedly great offer of €290, we were supposed to have a SUV, then when we went to the parking lot we got a Korean car, it wasn't a car look like an SUV

Cons: They chase me badly to buy their insurance , I mentioned that I have full cover online they were no happy , When I bring back the car I asked to inspect the car before I leave it and they said no. 2 people at reception refused to check the car mentioning I will receive a email next day. I received a dirty car and 90% full tank and I bring back the car same clean condition and full tank and guess what the email next day was to over charge me for not cleaning the car . Very annoying

Cons: They weren't there within business hours and when I tried to contact them, the line was unresponsive. When I wanted to get my money back, they told me I was late so it's my fault when my plane was delayed and I had no way to control that - I still arrived within business hours, therefore there should be someone there.

Cons: That I was asked to buy another insurance, even though I purchased one through Discover Car--They told me that the insurance was no good. So, why would anyone put that on the website?

Cons: The agent was very unprofessional. Offered me insurance which I did not want or need. When I declined he then used a scare tactic to try and convince me that I needed it. After declining it again he then lowered the price of the insurance. Once again I declined it. I have booked a Mercedes GLA or similar and I was given a car much smaller than that. Wen we walked out to the car we quickly realized our luggage would not fit. Went back to the agent and asked for a bigger non were available.

Cons: The whole process is very shady and despite asking for an agent to come and check the car on the pick up and drop off, which has been rejected, the car was in very bad condition, full of scratches and dents that were not recorded on the report and now they are saying I have cause a dent on the door! How? The whole car was in ridiculous state. The agent was extremely pushy with the additional insurance and I felt threatened by him as he kept saying you should’ve agreed for it, now we can charge

Cons: Relentless pressure to buy the most expensive car insurance and unacceptable check in/out procedures. If you don't have full insurance they will do everything to coerce you into buying one that costs almost as much as car rental. I guess that's how they make up for a lower price. At pick-up/drop-off nobody checks the car in your presence, they inform you that they done/will do the checks and send you reports, so they can come up with any damage they want or of course you can buy full insurance.

Cons: The car wasn’t clean, dusty, minor first on the floor and stains on the inside of the windshield, no windshield washer fluid. The interior looked like it wasn’t washed after the last user. The exterior was clean.
