Please use a 3-minute free shuttle service to GO parking. The shuttle bus is located in front of Terminal 1 towards the Courtyard Marriott, next to the Regio Jet bus stop. Take the "F" exit from Terminal 1 (located at Pizza Hut) straight after the entrance to the hotel. Before crossing the hotel, you will find the GoParking station on the right side. From this station, please take the orange shuttle bus with the GoParking logo. For customer service or if there is no shuttle van available, call 00420 468 006 000. Pros: Service was really good, although they didn’t have cars available, as we have booked in the last minute, they found us a better car in the same price we have paid for the one we have ordered

Cons: The price wasn’t included for traveling outside the country, also we had to pay extra that they will open the highway use (toll roads)

Pros: The car was new and clean. The model was exactly what it said during booking. The price was better than from competitors. The shuttle bus took me to/from rental place very quickly.

Cons: The crossborder charge is a bit higher than competitors have. They might charge you for the highway ticket, though they didn't charge me.

Cons: Agent on pick up wasn't professional enough and try to charge me for some stuff which is including (with my knowledge) also said I must return car in same clean condition inside like I pick it up. Really disappointed

Cons: Worst ever rental company I was using so far. It looks like the only value the company has is maximize the profit. When you just picking up the car, you are asked to pay a lot of extras, and as some of it might be legitimate, like an extended insurance, but some of it looks more like scam. For example, you are asked to pay for a highway use - 1,5 Euro/day, despite the fact that the car already has a valid highway vignette for the entire year.
