Pros: Everything was explaned in detail

Pros: Service was really good, although they didn’t have cars available, as we have booked in the last minute, they found us a better car in the same price we have paid for the one we have ordered
Cons: The price wasn’t included for traveling outside the country, also we had to pay extra that they will open the highway use (toll roads)

Pros: The car was new and clean. The model was exactly what it said during booking. The price was better than from competitors. The shuttle bus took me to/from rental place very quickly.
Cons: The crossborder charge is a bit higher than competitors have. They might charge you for the highway ticket, though they didn't charge me.
