Cons: Horific service, false information. 2 hours waiting for a car. Wrong car, they gave mi a minibus for bussines meeting even if i asked for a normal car.

Cons: Hard to find the desk at Europcar. Wasn't informed about strange procedure when leaving car, not at Europcar but to a anonymous man at groundfloor.
