Cons: You should give more information about how to drop off. It was a little bit difficult, I should have dropped off the car key to a box and I had no idea about it. It was late so I had to wait there.

Cons: They are charging every day €15 even if you just go for one day to a different country so I paid €90 on top which is horrible. It is almost the same amount like the rental and there was no information upfront. I was very angry. I would’ve never booked a car in this condition

Cons: The agent was extremely unpleasant, tried to deceive us, and was aggressive in his manner of speaking. The car had no oil. All in all, it was a dissatisfactory experience. The worst part was the agent. Der Agent war äußerst unangenehm, versuchte uns zu täuschen und sprach in einem aggressiven Ton. Das Auto hatte kein Öl. Insgesamt war es eine unzufriedenstellende Erfahrung. Am schlimmsten war der Agent.

Cons: Awful flexibility on timing, or any other changes. No way to accept debit card for security deposit. Only option for those with the temerity to show up with debit cards and an Amex is to buy ‘insurance’ which was in and of itself close to 150% of the agreed rental price. Nitpicking nonsensical checkin of the car on return.

Cons: The drop off location is wrong in the voucher. It takes you to the agent inside the airport. The car pick up is at a distant location in a high story building. The location should be changed.

Pros: terrible, i cancelled my booking before i get the car but i did not get my refund.

Cons: The insurance is done by some external company, therefore in case of any accident, wheego would still take the deposit + 900€. Then you have to ask the insurance for reimbursement. Even if you use the full coverage option

Cons: Getting extra charged for going to Holland that is only 100 km to Düsseldorf airport.

Cons: They do not speak English or English is on very low level of understanding... Their workplace is on the international airport, just to be clear...

Cons: Not good I dropped the car and there was nobody there! I had to go to the terminal’s office to let them know that I’ve done it and almost lost my flight

Cons: The wheeGo gave me a fine 50 euro because I pickup a car 4 hour later than I have got reserved. I thought that time of pick up is not so important because in the end I paid for whole period of rental. I think that fine 50 euro was unfair

Cons: WheeGo are pirates. I highly recommend do not rent a car from them. They offer attractive rates but the rap you off. I arrived a little bit late from the time I reserved. They wanted to charge me 50 Euro for late pick up. Upon return they sent me a damage report for damages I didn't do and couldn't do and charged me 258 Euro for damages only it their imagination. Recommend to customers. Stay away from these pirates. Don't rent a car from them.

Pros: Speed of returning deposit which is very fast, in other competitors companies return can be much longer. That is one of the main reasons why l will take your car next time. Best regards

Pros: The return of the car was suprisily fast (The car have been checked by one of the personell after 16:45). Unfortunately NOTHING in written where give at that time (no official prove that everything is ok and I should expect to get my VISA deposit back). Only verbal confirmation.

Cons: The call center MUST be accuarte and guide the clients appropriately and not tell them to ask for information about the car delivery, place of delivery etc. to the INFORMATIO desk! Unacceptble.

Cons: A week ago I arrived in Düsseldorf with my booking for a mini car the agent said you will have a biger car but said that it will be a VAN of 9 seats! I lost 2 hours by trying to explain that I’m working in Dortmund and I would be able to park in center city! He said you take it or we cancel I don’t have another car!!!!!! I’m furious because I called 3 times the platform they said that we will call me back and it never happened!!!!!

Cons: I got car that after few km got a motor problems, stearing wheel was shaking a lot, Totaly uncomfortable driving. Very bad information from service assistance side. ADAC took the car to repairshop and I was asked to come to DUS for a new car. I was 40km far from DUS. There should be someone who will bring another car to the customer if any trouble !!! I got a car after 24 hours. I ´ve got lot of troubles to manage my business trip I plan for 3 days.

Cons: The whole experience. The vehicle we had reserved and paid a deposit for was not at the location. No other van matching that size we needed was available. We had to cancel when already at the airport and find another service provider. I have emailed about the refund of the deposit and heard nothing back. The agent at the desk was very rude and lied multiple times about having a van of that size/ where it was located, proceeded to give us keys to a 5 seater car for 7 people, we had to cancel.

Cons: Car wasn‘t full of fuel. Agency didn‘t respond to my e mail.
