Pros: NOT MUCH THIS TIME
Cons: Previous deposit not refunded after nearly 4 weeks so had to pay an extra £120 to collect the car
Cons: Increased cost at pickup and the large rip in the front tyre sidewall which had been marked already with a yellow pen - not the security i need when motorway driving

Pros: Guy on his own was pleasant and doing his best, can’t really do much if you’re a hire car worker and there are no cars.

Pros: Friendly, easy, quick. It was great to be able to upload documents online beforehand so bureaucracy was no problem.
Cons: The phone was not answered when I tried several times to announce flight delay. The car constantly flashed a message saying it was overdue for a service by 100 miles.The car's petrol gauge was broken so we were given the car on an empty to empty deal but the tank was full. Your out of hours number 07720967476 was invalid.

Cons: Agent. He whispered while neighboring agent was loud. Continued to push their insurance. Car was dirty. I had to stop and clean inside of windscreen.

Once we finally had and our payment was processed as well as a huge deposit taken we were then told no cars were available and we would have to wait at least an hour; hours later we still didn’t have a cat. We ended up cancelling

Pros: After two hours trying to get a car at Gatwick, when I asked for a different et one they said I’d have to come back tomorrow. No other automatics were available. The car had no shield to hide luggage so they went looking for something that didn’t fit and kept falling. The oil light and another night was on and they said it was nothing. I had to drive back and see if someone could help with side mirrors and turning radio off yet keep navigation on. They were so disinterested. No shuttle for retur
Cons: Besides their lack of interest in helping, when I returned the car they pointed to a corner for the shuttle to Heathrow. When it hadn’t come in 45 mins I asked if they could drive me and they said no, try a normal red bus. Would NEVER use them again. They also made me take out extra insurance even though I insisted so it cost me so much more than intended.

Cons: The mark on the car on the conditions sheet was put in the wrong place. It was marked on the front left but it was on the back left panel, but thankfully there were no issues.

Cons: It seemed as if the car, while clean, it had not been maintained very well. The windshield had a patina of dust on the inside that made it hard to see at night when headlights were shining through. The display was asking to add AdBlue (it was a diesel) since we picked it up and within the first day we had a low pressure warning.

Cons: Employees didn’t know how to install car seats. The car seats were old, unsafe and very expensive to rent.( I had to rent 2 seats). The car had plenty of bumps and scrapes and had a previous customers paperwork with their details on it!

Pros: My car was unavailable so I was upgraded a couple of hours late to a better car which was comfortable to drive. The representative did his best to represent the company that was otherwise clearly facing unhappy customers that felt mislead.

Pros: Very bad service. It was booked a VW Passat and agent try to provide a Fiat tipo. After strong complain it was only provided a Nissan Quashquai. That was one level below the Passat and the car was not cleaned.

Agent tried to sell me £350 insurance on already fully insured (whatever that meant) rental agreement. Car passenger side dented on all panels, door out of alignment so caught on front wing when opened. Scratches to most other panels. Took photos as proof. Offered replacement but by then over it and just wanted to go.
Cons: See above. Drop off staff surley, told to wait up to 14 days to recieve the £1500 deposit. No paperwork to confirm that. What do they do with those funds? Beware, read reviews.

Cons: The pick up needed you to phone them and no one answered when I finally found a phone from a passenger at the airport. The drop off took me an hour to locate.

Cons: Being upgraded to a much larger car. While it was a nice thing to do, the reason I requested a small car was for home parking purposes as access to driveway and space to park are limited.

Cons: Very difficult to get back to the airport. In the end the representative dropped us off in his own car. The car stank of cigarettes, and he was not wearing a mask to protect us from COVID. The representative also tried repeatedly to get us to take the bus back to the airport so that he could finish early.

I had to pay much more that was expected (£175) on top of what I had already paid was not happy at all at the end of it I just wanted my money I had already paid back but they told be they couldn’t give it back so I had to just pay the extra money or I would have lost it

Pros: Nothing was acceptable about the service provided as they were incapable of providing the contracted service. We rejected their offer to pay an exorbitant deposit and hang around indefinitely in a tiny room with no amenities as we were not prepared to accept their incompetence.
Cons: As a result of their being unable to provide the car we had booked, within a reasonable period of the time we had arranged to collect it, we were forced to return to the airport incurring £18 taxi costs ( they were unsure how long until the next shuttle bus) and attempting to hire another car at the last minute. Inevitably there were no cars available to rent at such short notice from most suppliers....only 2 choices: a Prestige car at almost £1000 and a Corsa for £460+.

Cons: Awful! I booked this weeks before my vacation. When I arrived at the office, I was told the car was no longer available. I had put my time of arrival as the pickup time and was unaware that I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle and another 45 minutes in line in the office. I then waited 5 hours for another car to appear, which it did not!

Pros: We didn't know that bus is driving just every 35minutes, so were quite late for our flight - older guy to who we dropped off car said that he will drove us to the terminal and he was so nice and friendly - all your employees should be like that
Cons: Our flight was late for 2 hours and when we came to do reception guy there said: "I don't know if I have car for you, you are late.. obviously you haven't read terms and conditions". I paid deposit for that car, so car should be waiting for me. If my flight is late, that's not my fault and you should know that you have car rental on airport. At the end we got Kia Picanto (instead of Ford Fiesta), which was dirty, doors already scraped, ventilation not working... never again!
Cons: Dirty car. Fuel was empty. Long long wait for service. Was not advised of the £95 pound fuel held amount, stated that the full cover insurance I paid discover for, was not going to cover so had to pay another £500 for held excess and also other charges. Still awaiting funds to be cleared off my credit cards and when I returned the car they were having issues with another customer and just took my keys and didn't check anything....disappointing.

Cons: As week as the issue stated above - for the first time in hiring a vehicle i was asked on arrival to give my GB passport, my return flight itinerary, my uk,driving license, my UK home address and my UK National insurance number. Once all was given to the clerk he kept it all on his desk whilst taking me out to view the vehicle --this procedure did not appear very professional to me !!
