Drivalia at Lamezia Terme Airport

Pros: Taking a payment for damages when full insurance was taken with Discovercars.

Cons: Car insurance should be better control when you take it they the supplier, ie if you pay for full insurance you should pay nothing at the check in and any damages should be between the hire company and supplier ( Discovercars)

Pros: Friendly and efficient

Cons: None

Cons: Not very customers friendly upon arrival, felt more like a high volume transaction.

Pros: Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Pros: nothing actually

Cons: Unfortunately, my experience with the local supplier (Drivalia Lamezia Airport) was much less satisfactory. During my rental I experienced a tyre problem and was unable to reach the local office despite several phone calls and emails. Only after DiscoverCars intervened did I receive a response, by which time I had already arranged a local repair myself. I would therefore happily book again through DiscoverCars, but I would think twice before renting from this particular supplier."

Pros: Very helpful, simple and fast process. The car was almost brand new and bigger from we’ve booked.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Absolutely thorible

Pros: very good

Cons: very good

Pros: Rien !

Pros: Fast and quick. In and out

Cons: Excellent

Pros: Great car, the drop off at foggia was excellent, the customer service was great and even supported us with rail station drop off

Cons: The foggia person at the reception was great professional and helpful

Cons: No one said that there was a certain time until which the rental agent works - on the order I had information that they work on Saturdays from 9 to 16. I got there at 15:20 and the rental company only until 15:00. No one called, asked if I would make it - or wait, and the phone didn't answer when I called when it turned out that they were closed. The rental company next door also had an opening time until 15:00 but it was still open - in the process of closing.

Pros: The service was nice, the staff friendly and nice price.

Cons: The drop off point, at Bari Port, needs bigger signage or clear instructions. It is inside the port with no visibility from the outside!

Pros: Fast and professional at pick-up and drop-off

Cons: Pick-up and drop-off points Not easy to find. No explanation on the car at pick-up:

Pros: except for the cue at the picking up everything was great

Cons: The fuel was not full. Although the sign in the car was full after few kms the first sign go down evidence that was not completely full

Pros: Ochota a přístup personálu

Cons: I want someone to reach out to me and discover what this is about : Invoice/Fattura: 07418 BZ 31/08/23 Rental/Agreem./Documento all'uscita N. 91726 Tp: AV Data: 25/08/23 Customer/Cliente: E113(68064 VAT/IVA: Driver/guid.: CLARK JUSTIN Registration nr./Targa:GL899LT -FT- -G CLARK JUSTIN Group/Gruppo: I DR4 1.5 MT BENZ 8285 ANNUAL RIDGE ST 89139 LAS VEGAS -US UNITED STA Rate/Tariffa: FLEX Order/Dossier: Voucher: Payment/Pagamento:501 Carta credito bancaria Email: OAHU

Pros: The Jeep was nice but the front 2 tires were low on air and I had to go fill them up. The low washer fluid light was on and I didn’t add any fluid. And the gas tank was only half and tank so I returned it with only half a tank.

Pros: Easy to find

Cons: Fraud. Car given without fuel! Not refund. they are not fair

Cons: Service at the desk was slow. The car we had booked was never expected to be provided. Whilst the one provided was fine it was not 'similar' to the one booked at all (a Jeep electric SUV in place of a Fiat Tipo estate). People book the type and size of car they need so changing this is not helpful.

Pros: The man was very efficient and easy to deal with. We hire a car in Italy every year and this was the best experience we've had. We were given a size bigger car with no extra cost. Straightforward and no hiccups and also the best valuefor money. We'll definitely use again.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: No empathy at all

Cons: Arrogant rude and ignorant

Pros: Pickup service ... only one agent .... 2hr waiit for pickup

Cons: One agent was nice but very very long

Pros: Gyors felvétel és leadás. Jó autó.

Pros: They make everything easy.

Pros: Car was great and worked as expected

Cons: The drop off was too difficult.

Pros: Nice car

Cons: Slow staff at counter

Pros: Vehicle had trash in the backseat, damage to the exterior body not noted on paperwork, vehicle not serviced-low in oil and other fluids. Had to add oil cost me 18€ not reimbursed.

Cons: Warning lights on in vehicle. Woman traveling alone. Not knowing if vehicle was leaking oil or just not serviced caused me to do extra engine checking before using the car. Called the company and they said to add the oil and would reimburse but never did

Pros: Speedy and efficient

Pros: Efficient and available both at train station and airport at lamatiza terma

Cons: Less efficient at airport and excellent at train station. Although I wonder about the last additional billing of $42 dollars

Pros: nothing special

Cons: car was old and full of dents. the tank was only 3/4 full. i've booked a FIAT 500 (as i know the car) and received a shitty Lancia Y10

Pros: Polite staff, easy to find, good service overall

Cons: ageing car with 70k km on board (which means that the risks of damage due to wear-off increases and these fall back on the client in case of occurrence). Considering these, the quality-price ratio was bad.

Pros: Staff - lady on the desk was really helpful and professional

Cons: Only two members of staff - and on return there was a queue of 8 other people in front. Not really Leasys' fault, just volume of customers at the same time.

Cons: On our way to the

Pros: efficiente,

Cons: I can't get a standard invoice from Leasys

Pros: Clean car, good staff

Cons: Price of car rental, higher than others but wanted to try them out for future trips.

Cons: The €600 insurance deposit. Ridiculously, expensive
