Noleggiare at Lamezia Terme Airport

Cons: Car was missing windshield washer fluid Car windows were not cleaned No spare tire, no jack, no way to remove tire if needed. No help from noleggiare line.

Pros: Car was filthy, full of scratches. Nothing matched paperwork like fuel or current damage. Returned and even though recorded car with previous damage they are still trying to charge me.

Cons: This is also a known thing from this company to try and charge you for scratches and marks already on the car.

Cons: No service was provided. The costumer service refused to help us in trying to contact discovercar . My phone had no service and he refused to contact them in our behalf. We ere denied the car for missing an international driver license and still charged the full price or the rental on my card on file . This was the worst experience ever.

Cons: Did not accept my licence, did not have the car I requested and gave us a car with space for 1 suitcase, my children had to put the other Suitcasw on their laps. I had to change the contract and pay extra 35£ in order to have my partner as the first driver as his licence was accepted. We complained about the car and they would not change it. The car did not have any of the basic commodities. The car rental was shut on Sunday and we called and they told us to pay for another day and give the *

Cons: As we arrived, at 11pm, Noleggiare.it told me that, because I did not have an international driving license, I had to take a full insurance for car damage at an additonal £200 (that they charged me for.) They also said Noleggiare.it does not require an international driving license but they couldn't do anything about this as Discover Cars requested it. The only way for us to get the car was to pay the insurance or re-book the car directly with them (which had a much higher price!).

Cons: They pressured us in buying more auto insurance that I had originally ordered. We were not given the larger vehicle and gps that I ordered.

Pros: Grosse arnaque de Noleggiare qui prétend que notre carte visa ne passe pas pour la caution et nous impose une assurance "full" à 164 euros! Retour de vacances nous appelons notre banque pour expliquer ce problème de carte et oh surprise notre carte est bien une visa débit et crédit qui fonctionne bien entendu pour les cautions. Ils le savent très bien et lors du paiments de la caution ils appuient sur la touche crédit et non débit pour vous faire croire que la carte passe pas !

Cons: The stress about insurance. They insist a lot with me to get an extra insurance telling that the one with discover car was not the best because in case of accident I have to pay first and than ask for a reimbursement to discover car

Cons: We keep car in the original state, but at the return the clerk found a scratch on a cover of front wheel and charged us 40 Euro. We are sure that it was there when we rented, but we were giving no choice by pay...

Cons: They were not a let able to explain to us the insurance, coverage and excess. Also they've charged us for a small scratch that should have been included in the coverage. I found out that I had to pay and then ask for a refund to the broker, and maybe I won't be able to get back some administrative costrs. THey've been vague and not clear at all.
