Pros: nič, maximálne neseriózna firma, banda zlodejov, stiahli mi neoprávnene z účtu 238Eur a na email neodpovedaju

Cons: Celé zle, už nikdy viac Targetrent.. Najprv nátlak na poistenie auta, bez toho sa nedalo zaplatiť mobilom. Povrchné odovzdanie auta zamestnancom, Formulár o odovzdaní auta naschvál zle vyplnený a žiadna fotodokumentácia. Auto bolo celé doškriabané. Pri vrátení auta na základe zle vyplneného formulára boli pripísané nespôsobené škrabance a stiahnuté bez akéhokoľvek oddôvodnenia z kreditnej karty. Ziaden formulár o odvzdaní nebol podpísaný a ani vyčíslené škody. Požičovňa nezarába na prenájme auta

Cons: I would not recommend them at all since the car was in harmful and bad condition. In a week we had to solve in the middle of the mountains three serious problems since nobody took a look and controlled the engine, the cooling liquid and the battery condition.

Cons: I was provided with a vehicle of a lower standard than specified in the contract. Additionally, the "Check Engine" warning light was illuminated on the dashboard, which constituted a direct breach of safety regulations and posed an unacceptable risk to our safety during the trip.

Pros: When renting a car, you need to check the working hours of the parking lot. Because if the lot is not open, you will have to get to the airport yourself. It cost me almost 60 euros for 4.6 km of travel. So if the parking lot is not at the airport itself, be careful. The car was in good condition and I have no complaints about it.

Cons: il fatto di aver dovuto pagare una cifra per il passaggio del ritorno in aeroporto ( anche se obbiettivamente partivo in un orario in cui gli uffici erano chiusi , magari una corrispondenza in aeroporto dove poter lasciare l'auto e imbucare le chiavi sarebbe stata gradita e avrebbe consentito di non pagare una cifra ulteriore per il passaggio con taxi

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

In order to pick up the car the customer must present inbound and outbound flight tickets in their name matching the rental period; otherwise, they will be denied service.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.04 in the following regions: South Tyrol.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
