Pros: He gave me option three similar cars and the fellow was friendly
Cons: My flight was late and i picked up the car late so they charged me extra which made no sense. I could understand a late charge dropping off vehicle but not picking one up during business hours . I was charged 700.00 for deposit which I did not get back yet I will deal with that on Monday.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid an additional charge per liter/gallon of missing fuel plus a 25 EUR refueling service charge.

Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
