Cons: The paperwork stated 'no damage' but there were scratches on the bumpers, doors, boot and side panels. The car stank of cigarette smoke, so we had to drive with the windows open. On our return the hertz/dollar car spaces were all full, so no where to park the car. I had to move some bricks and left the car against a portacabin. Worst of all, when booking and paying for a VW polo or similar, imagine my disappointment when given a Lancia Yipsilon. The seats and boot in particular were very dirty.

Cons: I was not told of any extra charges when I collected the car but when I got sent the bill there was a substantial charge added to it for 'Rental Charge' which I assumed I got through Disc Cars

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
