Cons: lack of access to electronic non revolut credit card or Revolut phyzical credit cards for a deposit

Pros: Viaggiare is not reailable company. They charged me for damages that was previously on car. I proved it and they told me that they will reimburse me (so far not). Now I am struggling with reimbursement.

Cons: Be aware of fact that they could try to charge for damages you did not do. Therefore make movies, pictures for your safety!

Pros: The staff was pleasant and the car was nice.

Cons: The pick up was very long , over 1.5hrs with only 4 people in front of us , the delay caused is missing on the ability to shop o dine out as shops closed after 8 and restaurant were all full.

Cons: Waiting time too long to pick-up the car (1hour), car located at the end of a old parking space, cleaning not finished when arriving.

Cons: No one was waiting in the pick area in the car park. Poor signage. I had to return twice to the airport office, Once as no one was in the pick up zone, and second time there was damage on the car not noted on the report you have to sign in the office.

Cons: It was difficult to find the car among so many others in the car park especially in darkness.

Cons: Problem with starting the car, and couldn't find the button to open the petrol cap

Cons: Lack of English communication by phone.

Cons: Didn't like the fact that they give you a harshly written printout insisting that the car is returned in the same state of cleanliness in which it was picked up otherwise you will be charged between 25 and 100 euros. It was very ambiguous as to how clean the car needed to be in order to avoid this charge . I do not wish to spend the last day of my holiday worrying about having to clean the car inside and out. Other rental companies never mention a charge like this.

Cons: Only one person at check-in to deal with each person who had already provided all details and booked the car. Delay in pick-up. Details of car rental contract not sent through by Viaggiare by email, had to be chased next day. So no ability to check what damage already recorded to car at time of pick up. No one at the return car park to check the car at the time we stated we would return it. Arrived 20 mins later..He Only spoke Italian so communication difficulties to ensure all was OK.

Pros: The kindness of the desk clerk in trying to get to a solution for the problem. Eventually, the upgrade that was provided was in impeccable condition and served our trip very well.

Cons: The ridiculous policy to not keep a -confirmed- car rental agreement active, even when the flight has not landed yet. Clearly upper management has never done the desk job themselves and have not dealt with a customer directly.

Cons: Damage to car that wasn't marked on the sheets given. Late pick up charge 40 euros more than stated on paperwork

Cons: This company have tried to charge me for damage to the car we did not cause. Originally asking for Euro 30 in cash when we refused now charging us Eur 60. This is a scam and I found the whole experience very troubling. My wife and I are honest people and hire cars regularly at Pescara for over 20 years. I will never use this company again

Po týdnu stále čekáme na odblokování depozitu za půjčení auta ve výši 250 €. Bylo nám sděleno, že peníze se vrátí max. do 3 dnů. Stále čekáme. Celková nespokojenost.
