Cons: 1. The car model I booked was not provided. No size category. I ordered small, but received Peugeot 2008. 2. I returned the key to the cleaning staff, because the asked for it. But they dont' have a uniform or ID and I was not given any paper proving I returned the car on time. 3. No email confirming all good and deposit is returned. 4. Nobody answer my email or pick up the phone at your company.

Pros: Good service at desk

Cons: Not great service when dropping off. The employee met us at the car, but didnt really communicate other than telling us to wait. He was speaking to another client and then wandered off somewhere, but not sure why. We just stood around waiting. I have used Sicily by car several times, but still have the same process of providing all of my information on booking as though I have not used the company previously.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 82 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, Premium, Special, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: return flight ticket, flight information, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.), 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), 2 credit cards.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains, Express Service.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 45 days.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
