Pros: The car was in good condition except for some cosmetics (see next text block)

Cons: The agent was very quick to give us the key , gave "some" indication where to find the car and left the office (even though the office should of been open for 5 more hours. Uppon seeing the car, I saw some minor cosmetic damage additional to what was in the contract, but had no one to report it to. I was charged an extra 972€ for damages that were already present on pick-up. Lucky I have a video for the pickup of the car highlighting the state of the car so I successfully contested their scam.

Pros: Agents were excellent and processed the booking speedily.

Cons: The vehicle was in fairly poor condition, with 77000kms on the clock. Aside from the physical state of the vehicle, the front screen wiper blades were torn; the rear screen washer discharged water into the car and not onto the outside of the screen; and the clutch felt as though it required adjusting.

Pros: Hard to say

Cons: Staff is not at the desk. 1 hour waiting for someone to appear at the desk at time of pick up, and 30 minutes waiting for someone to appear at drop off at the end of the rental period. They leave the desk open with nobody to man it for long time. Every time you pass in front of the Ecovia desk at Pescara airport you can see customers waiting. for someone to appear.

Pros: That it was easy to park and locate drop off area, but then when I dropped the keys off at the desk they wanted me to walk all of the way back to where I dropped the car off. Then when I asked why they changed their mind!!

Cons: All of the staff, the service, the processes and English communication was very poor. I will not use this company again.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.

Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: flight information.
Renters from the following country(ies): Italy must provide the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill) in order to collect the car.

During winter season (from 01.10 until 15.04) Snow chains are included in price.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.

Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
