Pros: The car worked.
Cons: The car was not “full to full” upon arrival like in the rental agreement, when we mentioned it to the man who gave us the car, he said the deal with the broker is different to what they actually provide. It had a hazard light on that we pointed out- the man just said it was fine.. this didn’t give us much confidence. They wouldn’t mark the damage on the paper work that we noticed to the car prior to using it before taking it. We filmed everything nevertheless incase they try and blame us.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The agent was rude and unhelpful. Yes I forgot my physical credit card but my father in law ( who was only an hour away) was going to use his. In the 5 minutes it took me to make the phone call to my father in law the agent had “given the car away to someone else” and that was that. There was no reasoning with him. I had 2 children under 4 and no way of getting from the airport easily

Pros: The car's air conditioning did not work which was very inconvenient. As well, the sun roof cover did not latch so we had full sun coming in through the roof but no air conditioning to ease the discomfort.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 74 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): Italy, EU.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.10 to 15.04 in the following regions: Aoasta-Valley.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
