Pros: Easy, straight forward and the unexpected upgrade!
Cons: The desk is not that visible at the airport. Now I know it is Hertz, but that required some research
Cons: It was hard to find in Düsseldorf airport - small logo at Hertz desk.
Pros: "I rented the car through your service and returned it to the Dollar's office located within the Hertz office. They requested that I obtain another comprehensive insurance because they do not recognize the insurance provided through your service. This isn’t the only issue; they deducted from my card the rental amount plus 202 euros for insurance on a day of delay, despite there being no delay. According to the agreement with the employee, Carolyn, I was supposed to return the car at 12:30 PM.
Pros: Car was much better than expected
Cons: 1. There was no clear information about rental desk location (there should be clear instruction: "head to Hertz representative"; Dollar sign was small and hard to find). 2. Deposit was taken almost 3 times higher than in email confirmation.
Pros: Qiality of car and speed of service

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, SUVs, Cabrios, Special a driver license valid for at least 3 years is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP). For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: Diners, Eurocard, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard debit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Using a ferry is not allowed.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
