Pros: The rental agent was waiting for us in arrivals at BGI and was therefore easy to find, taking us straight to the car. Very good value compared to some of the older-established rental companies in Barbados. The value and service was very good.
Cons: Having provided various details online with the booking, it would make the pickup process even faster if these were printed out on the rental forms to save the agent having to fill them in.

Cons: Person meeting us was not standing at arrivals with a notice. Waited 30 mins and had to phone company who told us he was there but sitting on a bench away from clear view. We then found him but had wasted all that time and worry created about whether the rental was going to work out.

Cons: The damage deposit was taken even though the rental car was hit while it was parked and we were not at fault in any way. The damage deposit charged was excessively high at $750 USD. This policy should be changed for no-fault rental damage. Their company should not have taken our money especially when the other vehicle driver’s insurance will be covering the loss and repair of the rental car.

Pros: All the personnel I spoke to and chatted online too were really friendly and helpful. I was able to arrange for the car to be delivered to, and collected from our Hotel, after I had made the original booking in the UK, via online chat from our Hotel in Barbados which was really great.

Cons: The smaller car than anticipated. Had to get a friend transport my suitcases.The car was delivered 3/4 tank full and it was hard to put back only that amount because the needle only moved 5 minutes after stopping fueling. There was poor wifi service so the agents had to try to find a better signal with my card.

Cons: Business conducted directly outside the busy airport terminal, rather than in a car park area. Also, we requested an extension of only 2 hours on the time of return, as a courtesy, only for this to be flatly refused with the threat of a significant fine if we were late delivering the car!

Cons: That I couldn’t get a signature to say the car had no scratches or dents on it when it was returned was they needed to wash it. I had to wait until I was back in England but they did confirm that everything was fine.

Cons: We had to search a good while to find the rep at the airport and then processed paperwork and such for more than 30 minutes from the time we found the rep. Total time from coming out the airport doors to driving away from the arrivals area was more than an hour. And we were the first ones in line. We would have been very unhappy to have been the folks farther down the list...Potential solutions - 1) provide more specific instructions on how and where to find the service rep, 2) prefill paperwork
