Pros: Zoe's amazing patience. She is the best!!! Very disappointed with rules concerning age discrimination when someone has a driving permit is because your abilities to drive a car are still good.

Pros: It's the second time I have rented a vehicle from you and both times the service you have provided has been friendly and helpful. First time was the car being delivered at resort and the second time was a direct pick-up from the airport. Staff very attentive and helpful both times.

Pros: Easy to deal with, really pleasant and helpful and efficient. We had a flat tyre and they brought a new car to our property the next day. Charges for the flat were really reasonable ( it had a big hole in it). Highly recommend.

Cons: I have filled in most of / if not all of my details online but when picking the same questions from the agent again and a lot of paperwork. Quite a difference from renting with Hertz where you walk in, show your ID/driving licence, get the keys and off you go.

Cons: Nothing. I have noted that car hire prices have become very expensive. Had a Jimmey in March and price more than doubled in November.

Cons: The only problem was that the agent who dropped off the car didn't show me where the head light nob was. I assumed it was on the high beam stick. It was on the dash, on the left of the steering column. Didn't try to turn on the lights until it was pitch black. When we called an agent to help and to register our complaint, they hung up. Drove home with no headlights.

Pros: I was told by the agent that I would be reimbursed for the period that I returned the car 7 days early. Discover car rental responded to my request by that this would not be the case. I would not recommend this company.

Pros: The car was ok for what we needed it. Next time we would book an offroad car because of the bad street conditions on Barbados. The dropof was very fast an easy we just had to give the keys back to an employer at the street of the airport.

Cons: We had to wait at about an hour until we could get pick up the car because there was only on agent at the desk and was very long busy befor us. The car was not really clean inside and the keylock was not working everyime good.

Cons: The car had many dings but I didn't mind because I didn't plan to use the car much. Matter of fact, I didn't have to rent because I was picked up and dropped off most of the times. All said, it was a good experience especially the dropping off at the airport where Simeon was extremely helpful in taking me to the departure as it was raining. I would definitely rent from Drive-A-Matic again.
