Pros: We had a great experience with Go Rent a Car. The car was nicer than expected, the service was 10/10 and it was very easy to pick up and drop off the car. Highly recommend.

Cons: The car had a faulty tyre valve on collection, which resulted in a flat tyre 30 minutes after collection the car. To compound the issue, the wheel brace and Jack were not present in the boot, so we were left unable to fit the spare tyre.

Pros: I think this is actually the best car rental office we've ever rented from. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Pickup was easy and we didn't have to wait too long. The car was delivered outside the office so no walking around in the dark with suitcases trying to find a parking lot. The car was great and reasonably priced. Drop off was REALLY quick. They provide good instructions and you everything is done within 10/15mins right outside the terminal so you can catch your flight.

Pros: The first car had a small issue due to the roads, I happened to be near the head office so I went by and the staff was very helpful and changed the car immediately.

Pros: Friendly and efficient, car in generally good condition.

Cons: Vagueness in terms of proof of any damage done to the car, tyres etc on its return, compared to that done on collection, where additional insurance is not taken. Just advising 'we have photos of any damage' on collection and being told on return that there is 'no problem' and having to hope that there is no subsequent claim on a credit card for alleged additional damage, is hardly assuring. Confirmation of no additional damage should be emailed to hirers within 24 hours of return of car.

Pros: Easy to drop off. Sorted a mistake I made about the booking quickly. Refunded deposit promptly.

Cons: Having to wait for a transfer to their off airport office

Pros: They are efficient and try hard. But their outside sources are not as reliable.

Cons: Whenever you call they answer and address your situation. They understand customer service.

Cons: Pick up staff were friendly but wanted to sell me insurance and couldn't really tell me why I needed it, if I already had it. I get it if you try once but more than that after I say no is not necessary.

Pros: The staff was courteous and friendly; especially after traveling for many hours and being tired, the smile and greeting at the office was very welcome. The process to pick up the car was fast and easy, and i especially liked that they provided the temporary driver’s permit. The car was gassed up and ready to go. The staff informed me of all the ways I could get in touch if I needed anything else.

Cons: The only thing that possibly could have made their service any better was if they had provided a map of the potholes on the roads. I had a flat tyre after an encounter with one and a screw. I reached out by WhatsApp and phone, they sent roadside assistance to fix it and I was on my way in no time “flat”!

Pros: The desk service at the GAIA Airport was absolutely great, very helpful and very flexible. The prices are very competitive, this is the best available service in Barbados, by far.

Cons: The request for upfront info and driving license on email did not turn in to a quick and easy pick up. The car turned up with an empty tank. You fixed it but another 15 mins waisted.
