Cons: They were extremely inflexible and unwilling to try to find a solution to a problem that arose...

Pros: The people are very nice and know what they are doing

Cons: After delivered the car with a small accident, they do not care about help, since the full covered has made with Discover Cars.

Pros: The car was in good condition.

Cons: Service was slow, they definitely didn't have enough staff working. Weren't accommodating, and even though i had set my filters to drop off at the airport when i booked the car it was still a 'meet and greet' which didn't work for our departure time from Lisbon so we had to drop the car off a day early.

Cons: They advertised that I would pickup the car in downtown lisbon. The location was actually near the airport. They charged me for an entire windshield for a chip that we didn't notice during pickup. The whole experience felt like a scam.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and efficient and the cars were clean and comfortable.

Pros: Clean bright shop, professional team, clean cars

Cons: They don't appear in street view on google maps, seemed like a sketchy choice but turned out the street view was out of date and a great company.

Cons: The car broke down in the middle, The representative almost didn’t know English.

Cons: Extremely long check out process. Upon returned, they claimed we had a dent in the car fender and charged us a huge fee.

Pros: Great customer service and cars. I will be back the next time I rent a car.

Cons: Very long wait to pick up car! Required a shuttle to the airport. Thought I was picking up in "Downtown Lisbon" and dropping off at "Airport" but both were the same location, a 10 minute shuttle bus from the airport.

Cons: It took way too long to pick up the car, over one hour. I have never waited this long to rent a vehicle anywhere.

We go to they address on the paper that’s on the left site but that was not they address of picking up the car so we where looking for at least 1 hour to find out where we have to go. After calling with the company we found it. When we arrived at the desk where we must pick up the car we had to wait at least 1 hour.

Cons: Lack of costumer service. Despite dozens of attempts to call the number provided across a whole day, there was no responses. I wasn't unable to resolve an issue. Drop off location wasn't the one I chose on the online reservation,and they did not inform me of that change. Staff was extremely slow and not very friendly. Having to provide a credit card for security deposit with no options for other types of card (debit or refundable payment)

Cons: First time in my life they didn't accept prepaid debit card, and only did this after paying 70 euros more. Also they didn't have fiat s500 that I was booking and looking for. Long queues at the check in.

Pros: Overall very good experience apart from waiting time. Reservation was made for 13h and we eventually drove away from premises at 14:06h. Apart from that the premises are brand new, together with the cars. Guy on desk was very friendly and efficient. Would recommend and will use this car hire again.

Cons: There was only 1 affect when we arrived and lots of people waiting to pick up. I took about 20 min per person at the counter to rent. Luckily, 3 agent arrived at 10am which sped up the check in. We waited 30-40 min but I am sure some people waited 1-1.5 hours It was busy to drop off but faster then pick up.

Cons: My flight left at 10:00am so I had to be at the airport for 7:00. However, I could not return the car until 8:00am. To return it at 7:00am I had to pay a 73.00€, after hours fee. They said I had to tell them exactly at what time I would be dropping it off because they had to have someone there waiting for me. BIG LIE. When I arrived at 7:00am there were about 10 other people there returning their cars and it was a full shuttle bus to the airport. The fee was a complete rip off.

Pros: Knowledge and to let customer know about the tolls etc that you would charge a penalty if you did not activate for s as 20 euros . Which I am glad I did . Very helpful info.

Cons: I asked for a Mercedes or equivalent but they didn’t have upon my arrival.

Pros: Car was as described and drop off was efficient.

Cons: Moved the pick up from down-town, to an area near the airport two weeks before pick-up so had to get a taxi there instead of walking. "Airport drop-off" was actually a shuttle 10 mins away. Customer service didn't want to take responsibility for either of these problems.

Pros: Super friendly staff, explained everything and made sure we understood driving, tolls and what gas to get while in Portugal. We rented a manual but the staff upgraded us to a automatic with no extra charge!! BONUS

Pros: The car "promised" was the car delivered. We know that sometimes, because of the demand, the car we booked is not the car we're given. In this case, was exact the car I booked.

Cons: The overall condition of the car wasn't the best. There was a flat tire, wich we had to stop and inflate every 200-300 km, and the oil engine was low, but acceptable. Besides, the car's alignment wasn't 100% straight, which disturbed on the highways.

Cons: Service, one agent in particular was very rude. Long waits to collect and drop off. Waited for 30 mins at drop off to be seen and then agent wanted to charge 40€ to clean the car as we returned with some sand in the boot! We cleaned ourselves for 2€ at local garage. But didn't need the hassle and time waste on the way to the airport with a young child. We have been hiring cars in Portugal for decades and never been threatened with a cleaning charge! Would have used again but won't now.

Cons: Quite long waiting times, be sure to get there way before your pickup time if you are in a hurry. Dropoff too, was told will not last more than 20 minutes but we ended up waiting more than an hour for the dropoff and transfer

Cons: The biggest problem was the location of agency. I asked for pick up in town center but this one was even mor far away than airport. In addition the amount of deposit was extremely high (about ten times more than Germany as an example)
