Cons: very disappointing

Pros: None, will never use AVIS services again and will inform others of our experience through social media.

Cons: We were forced to rent another vehicle from Budget at double the cost of the initial booking with AVIS. Customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Pros: Avis is the company I like to use for all my rentals. My company also uses avis . They have never disappointed us with any rental or quality of vehicle .

Cons: Very disappointed with car - Nissan Versa was great on gas, enough space for 4 people. Unfortunately the alignment was whack - steering wheel was easy 40 degrees left, actually unsafe but did not want to waste time switching. Also, key fob was dying - batteries should have been replaced, had to press numerous times to respond/start ignition.

Cons: As we were expecting to be late before our departure, we tried to contact their office to have an arrangement made, by ourselves and through discovercars call center, we never got an answer so we couldn't anticipate our situation at our arrival.

They should have warn us that because of return time, they were gonna charge us extra…. Knowing so, we could have either picked up the car later or returning the car earlier!

When it was my turn he found my reservation state i dont have a car for you. You did not prepay we are not accepting your reservation. Here is number. Sorry you may leave. He did not provide bus information list of other car rentals, direct us other possibles just too bad so sad leave our office. I recommend do not use discovercars or avis especially in aruba.

It was in poor conditions to rent, plus it was delivered without a full tank. The agent Freddy told me I should return the car with the same amount of fuel therefore I did it, and that It was best for me to call to the forensic if I discovered a scratch, even though I didn't do it. Luckily I bough full insurance.

The car was hit on all sides, dirty, the air conditioning did not work properly, the driver's door did not close properly and at over 60 km/h the wind entered the car. The whole car fleet looks deplorable. The price paid for the car was huge for what I got.
