Cons: First two cars had issues, had to wait until they found a good one to give me. Car wasn't a newer vehicle. The audio system display didn't work. I would rather have rented from a no name company considering the vehicle I was given.

Cons: Pickup didn’t provide a receipt and confirm there was no damage. Just said our deposit would be released. Normally, we get the final receipt. I don’t want to think there will be a problem after the fact that I didn’t have responsibilities for.

Pros: They had overbooked and never informed customers. After insisting by us they finally found us a solution that was twice as expensive.

They should have warn us that because of return time, they were gonna charge us extra…. Knowing so, we could have either picked up the car later or returning the car earlier!

When it was my turn he found my reservation state i dont have a car for you. You did not prepay we are not accepting your reservation. Here is number. Sorry you may leave. He did not provide bus information list of other car rentals, direct us other possibles just too bad so sad leave our office. I recommend do not use discovercars or avis especially in aruba.

It was in poor conditions to rent, plus it was delivered without a full tank. The agent Freddy told me I should return the car with the same amount of fuel therefore I did it, and that It was best for me to call to the forensic if I discovered a scratch, even though I didn't do it. Luckily I bough full insurance.

The car was hit on all sides, dirty, the air conditioning did not work properly, the driver's door did not close properly and at over 60 km/h the wind entered the car. The whole car fleet looks deplorable. The price paid for the car was huge for what I got.
