All Drive Car Rental at Oranjestad Airport

Cons: No aclaraba en ningún lado el horario para dejar el vehículo ( Google decia 18 hs y nos hicieron dejarlo a las 16, porque cerraban la oficina), no funcionaba el aire acondicionado en otros niveles que no sea el máximo ( muy ruidoso, imposible hablar o escuchar la radio) Tampoco el depósito que era si o si con tarjeta de crédito y a nombre del que manejaba el vehículo

Pros: Nada, deja mucho que desear en todos los aspectos.

Cons: Me han cobrado dos veces por la cobertura de seguro. El auto estaba sucio y gastado. Me sentí desprotegido con este sitio de alquiler.

Cons: The car was in poor condition. Older car given, seemed as if the fuel injectors were clogged. No excelleration, especially as location has all "round a bouts".

Cons: Het is een goede car rental op Aruba ze hebben ons ook lief opgehaald en laatste dag toen we onze auto inleverde heeft de keurige jongeman ons ook weer netjes naar hotel gebracht. Ze zijn ook altijd overdag bereikbaar op whatsapp! Tiptop!

Pros: I appreciated that they contacted us the next day that another car was available after the accident.

Cons: I did not appreciate that the company would not get us another car immediately for the same price we paid. The accident was out of our control, we should have been given another vehicle that same day. We had already reserved it.

Cons: First Rental was a dud . The second car was new and great . Ga in new car was almost empty when i picked it up . I returned it filled up and didn't get a discount or reimbursed .

Pros: Excellent communication. And they had cars available when the Big Name agencies had no cars or required 3+ days in order to rent.

Cons: Not a problem for us, but it is off-site. Shuttle service to get the car was fast and efficient. And likewise to return us to the airport.

Pros: Friendliness of David and the staff at All Drive Car Rental was wonderful.

Pros: Friendly, and they have a free shuttle. That’s about it.

Cons: When we reported electrical problems with the car during our rental (inoperative rear window and windshield washer fluid) they never followed up. It’s a small operation, so don’t expect roadside assistance or anything. The first car they tried to issue to us had inoperative air conditioning and we refused it. The cars are rode hard and hung-up wet, although they are clean and ran fine.

Cons: Very difficult to find to return the car, which caused delays on the return flight home. Even with the difficulty returning the car, the staff was wonderful.

Pros: The efficiency of everything, from the moment of pick up at the airport till the moment of drop off.

Cons: Not bad - but i do not like the airfreshners in the cars. But I am allergic to some airfreshners. They are doing it because some people are not so neat with the cars and spilling drinks or sitting with wet clothes in the car.
