Pros: They know me so the pick up and drop off is very quick, as long as there aren’t novice renters in the queue ahead of me.

Cons: It’s inconvenient to have to go through the baggage scan in the domestic terminal when I arrive at the international terminal. The car rental agents should have a separate entrance so that I don’t have to queue behind people entering the domestic terminal who are checking in for flights.

Cons: I was talked into buying additional insurance despite selecting the most comprehensive option online. I seem to have paid considerably more than I had anticipated. The car had existing damage that I found later that day, thankfully, I had taken pictures on collection and the damage was evident in them. The car's steering was also notch. I would use again but only as a last resort.

Cons: They sent me a payment from i dont know where for 64,000 TL from Oassis mall it’s all in Turkish language to steal my 170$ deposit This is a ripoff because the police would have left a ticket on the window if I was not parked properly And a parking fee would not cost 64,000TL

Pros: Great car, almost new. Easy pick-up and delivery.

Cons: Finding the rental place was not so easy in Bodrum airport. Required walking from international to domestic departure. If raining this would have not been ideal, fortunately weather was okay. Then told to go into the actual departure of the airport after I found their outside kiosk. So quite a bit of walking around to figure out where to go!

Pros: The staff were very polite, helpful and nice. We met Vidat (sorry if misspelled) on pick up late at night and he kindly handled us cold water bottles and Erdugan when dropped off the car and he offered dropping me at the international terminal as it was a bit of a walk in the sun otherwise. Overall experience is great and will come back again to avec.

Cons: Maybe just send a map of the office location when arriving to the international terminal, otherwise I am very pleased.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of Turkey.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Details are available from the rental company's reservation office.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 360 minutes.
