Pros: Disgusting

Cons: Very bad experience when we got to the airport to pick up our car we been told that our booking is not confirmed or cancelled without informing us despite we had shown them that our booking shows confirmed on our system. But they didn't give us a car and trying to re book with double price and we had to leave the counter in disappointment and go to different company and much cheaper deal. I will never recommend again to anyone. Really bad experience wasted lot's of time and our deposit.

Cons: Refusing to provide the car. Claiming 3 credit cards that were working did not work. Trying to rip us off by offering the same car at 3 times the price we had booked it for. Refusing to take debit card for the payment for the car. Not providing any evidence of any card being declined.

Cons: Not correct information from manager. He told to me that I need to cancel discovery cars reservation and book directly from him Then he told that if I need , I can change car in few days. Or even return it back earlier , that's why I took more expensive car. When I realized that I need tot urn it back, because of my flight reschedule due to Turkish Lockdown - he refuse. But when I come to his office first he tell me that it will be no problem to turn car earlier, with recalculate price

Cons: Goldcar did not meet at arrival, was at different terminal, did not inform us at all. Did not accept my discover car voucher, forced me to pay another 50% on top, added lots of extras, forced to buy their expensive insurance even though I had bought Goldcar extra insurance. Had no choice, could not have car unless all extras were bought, even though were not needed. Total ripoff, avoid at all costs!

Pros: Agent was no where to be found when I returned the car and was actually panicking that I'll miss my flight. Another agent from Enterprise was willing to help and he suddenly appeared

Cons: It was agreed that I return the car at 7am, he only arrived at 07:20. I parked the car at a a parking lot in front of the airport and gave him the key and parking ticket, but he insisted that I should re-parked the car at different parking space. Due to the a very tight time frame (my departure flight was at 07:45,) I offered to pay him extra for the parking ticket and collecting the car, but he rejected. It was hell of stress...

Pros: he car was in very good condition. We enjoyed our trip. It exceeded our expectations. Gold car personel especially Huseyin bey helped us with all issues. We didn't have any problem with car or with Car Rental agency. Thank you very much.

Cons: Car rent corner should be in the international flights terminal. We walked nearly 15 minutes with our bagges to domestic flights terminal. or yous hsould mention it beforehand. Because tourists can be confused.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 2000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 25000.00), Theft Protection, One-way rental, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Deposit and deductible policy

A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.
Details are available from the rental company's reservation office.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
