Cons: On m’a prélevé 30 euros de plus, ils n’ont pas fait une emprunte pour la caution mais me l’ont prélevé et aussi supérieur au prix indiqué. Ont m’a appelé à 9h30 pour me dire qu’on allait me faire payer un extra sachant que la voiture a été rendue à 10h comme il est indiqué sur la réservation. Cons: The first car I was provided had engine overheating issue the day after I picked it up. Replacement of the car took a lot of time. Also I took faulty the car with empty tank, and returned it with 3/4 full tank. I've been promised to get a refund for the extra fuel and one day rental fee, but I did not get it.

Cons: AVOID Nissa Cars. We arrived at Bodrum airport at 00.30 expecting to be met by a Nissa cars rep but there was no one there to meet us. Following a phone call I was told that they didn’t have the car I ordered, only offering a minibus! It arrived at 01.30 , had 150k KM’s on the clock, various dents and broken stop lights. I was told that the company would ring to swap but they never made contact. The bus failed to start 3 times, but Nissa Cars did nothing. Avoid this company, very dishonest!

Pros: The gentlemen was a nice guy

Cons: Timing was terrible, took over 1.5 hours to get the car. Furthermore discover cars has an offer with Amex and the guy didn’t take Amex which meant I ended up paying a lot more than i envisaged as I wanted to redeem the Amex offer which is ridiculous. I will also be reporting this to Amex

Cons: We were told a representative would be waiting in the arrival hall with the name sign. They were not and we had to make several phone calls before the representative arrived. Our first car was very poorly maintained. It was dirt both inside and outside and and stank of cigarette smoke, the petrol light was on and the car had 132000km on the clock. We insisted on a replacement vehicle the next day because the oil light kept coming on every time we cornered. Our second vehicle was just as bad.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 60 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
