Pros: Everything was smooth and easy.
Cons: I had some minor issues with the car (needed to fix the air in one of the tyres, the break had a weird (not loud but constantly present) sound and had no liquid for washing the window), but all of these were minor and did not affect the good quality of my road trip on the island with the car.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and efficient.
Cons: The car that was originally being given to me was probably in some sort of minor accident. It had some bad scratches and slight dents on the sides. I declined it since it might really be a "bad omen" so to speak. They gave me another car which was acceptable. Unfortunately, it had a spilled coffee smell that lingered throughout. I informed the agent about it when I returned the car. I'm not really sure if they're going to do anything about it.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax, Port fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Renters from the following country(ies): China, South Korea, Bermuda must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
